I used the second towel (the solid blue) as the liner. I'm kind of in love with it - makes me long for springtime.
Now that I'm looking around Target's website, I'm thinking this
DwellStudio dishtowel set would also make a great bag.

For the bag, you just need two towels (one set). However, if you buy a second set, you will have plenty of fabric to add an inside pocket, as well as a coordinating changing pad and wipes case.
