renegade craft fair

I went to the Renegade Craft Fair - Brooklyn this year for the first time. I can't believe I waited so long! There were so many great shops and products. I was in awe of all the creativity. If you missed out, there is one in Chicago this September.

Here's what I bought:

A super cute baby t-shirt from So Silly. The owner, Elaine, creates some seriously cute silk screened tees. This brooklyn bridge version is not available online yet, but she hopes to add it soon. You can get the Chicago version though. I also like the rocket ship.

A onesie from Etsy, which they were practically giving away (only $5 each!). I bought this hoping it will inspire me to finally get a shop going. But I bought it in the 6-9 month size to give me extra time. :)

Finally, I got this fantastic alphabet poster from Sycamore Street Press. I love it! They have a lot of great letter pressed products in their shop. One of my other favorites is the letter pressed frame mat - what a great idea for dressing up photos!

So I'm thinking ... maybe next summer I'll apply for a booth. I don't know what I would fill it with yet, but I'd love to be part of this.
